Cancellation Policy

A limited number of bookings are accepted each week to ensure every bride receives a personalised, high-quality experience. Appointments & Timing: - Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. - Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may result in a reduced service time or cancellation, at the artist’s discretion. - As appointments are scheduled back-to-back, services cannot run overtime. - Each booking is allocated a specific time to ensure a high standard of professional application. Payments & Booking Fees: - All bookings require payment to secure your appointment. - All payments are non-refundable, as they secure a dedicated time in the schedule. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Minimum 7 days’ notice required to reschedule or cancel - Requests outside of these timeframes may result in forfeiture of the booking. Emergency Consideration: - I understand that emergencies can happen. - In genuine emergency situations, your booking may be transferred to one new date, at the discretion of the artist. Location: - All bridal trials are conducted exclusively at my studio in Glen Huntly. - Travel is not available for trial appointments. Important Notes: - By securing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. - These policies are in place to ensure fairness, consistency, and a high-quality experience for all clients.
