* Late arrivals (10 minutes or more) will result in immediate cancellation and payment WILL NOT be refunded. * Each booking requires a full amount of time quoted for professional application. * As bookings are made back to back, they cannot run overtime. * It is recommended that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time * If your booking is directly effected by emergency, your booking may be able to be transferred to one new date at discretion of the artist. * All Booking Fees are non refundable - non transferable.
